You don't need to mourn a creature that wanted us dead. Why mourn when he said gay people deserved to be stoned to death. He had a wife and kids, a family? So did George Floyd, so do the children in Gaza, so did the parents of children who lost their lives in every school shooting across the country, especially Uvalde and Sandy Hook. He believed in gun rights and died by what he believed in. There is no use in mourn, he said it himself: 

“I think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights. That is a prudent deal. It is rational.” - Charlie Kirk

And further, he believed that empathy was not real.
