Shipping policy
Fulfillment Our fulfillment partner, Printful, typically fulfills orders within 2–7 business days. However, please note that this timeframe is not guaranteed and may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to stock availability. Printful may also experience delays on weekends and public holidays or when products are transferred between warehouses.
Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that any additional customs or import fees for international orders are also the responsibility of the customer.
Order Placement Orders require accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be placed on hold by Printful. We encourage customers to double-check their shipping information to avoid any delays or issues with their orders.
Order Holds Printful may place orders on hold for reasons including incomplete or incorrect shipping details, issues with print files, or potential security concerns. Customers will receive notification if their order is placed on hold and will have up to 30 days to resolve the issue.
Returns and Unclaimed Shipments The return address for all products is Printful’s facility by default. If you wish to set an alternative return address, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returns. Unclaimed returns are held for up to 30 days and may be donated to charity if unclaimed.
Liability Printful is responsible for replacing or refunding any products damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues, up to the original cost paid for the product. Printful and Frog Carz Art Shop are not liable for lost profits, diminished value, or any consequential damages beyond the item cost.
Disputes Any disputes regarding Printful’s services will be resolved through binding arbitration, and customers agree to waive the right to a jury trial or participation in class actions.
